TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites and digital services provided by Kivora. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using a Kivora service, the customer agrees to these terms.
01 — WEBSITE OWNERSHIP & USE
Websites designed, developed, hosted, or maintained by Kivora remain subject to Kivora's intellectual property and service terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer is granted the right to use the website only for the purpose and duration specified in their agreement with Kivora.
Copying, reproducing, duplicating, reselling, transferring, or recreating a Kivora website or its design for use outside Kivora is not permitted without prior written authorization.
This includes copying the website's design, structure, layouts, animations, code, graphics, or other proprietary elements.
02 — SUBSCRIPTION & WEBSITE ACCESS
Website subscriptions are provided for a one-year period unless a different term is expressly stated in the customer's contract.
The subscription begins on the agreed activation date.
The subscription includes the services specified in the customer's individual agreement.
Cancellation
If a website subscription is cancelled or expires, the customer is no longer authorized to use the Kivora-provided website, its design, or its associated Kivora-hosted services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kivora may suspend or deactivate the website following cancellation or expiration of the applicable agreement.
03 — RENEWAL & UPDATED AGREEMENT
At the end of the initial one-year subscription period, the agreement must be reviewed and renewed under a new contract.
Renewal is not automatically guaranteed.
The monthly subscription fee may be increased upon renewal based on the services provided, maintenance requirements, hosting costs, feature requirements, or Kivora's current pricing.
The customer will be informed of the applicable renewal terms and pricing before the new agreement begins.
04 — WEBSITE CONTENT
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and lawful content for their website.
Kivora reserves the right to refuse, remove, or suspend content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.
Kivora websites may not contain inappropriate, illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful content.
The customer must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, or other materials provided to Kivora.
05 — PAYMENTS
All payments must be made according to the payment schedule stated in the customer's agreement.
Failure to make required payments may result in the suspension of website services.
Kivora reserves the right to suspend access to services until outstanding payments have been resolved.
06 — UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
Where included in the customer's subscription, Kivora may provide website updates, content changes, product updates, maintenance, and technical support as specified in the agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope of services may be subject to additional charges.
07 — DIGITAL INVITATIONS
Digital invitations are provided according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, digital invitations are provided for one year from activation and may be accessed on compatible devices during that period.
Digital invitations are intended for the customer's personal event or occasion and may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or commercially reproduced without Kivora's written permission.
08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Kivora retains ownership of its proprietary designs, systems, code, templates, graphics, animations, processes, and other original materials unless ownership is expressly transferred through a written agreement.
The customer's trademarks, logos, photographs, text, and other materials supplied by the customer remain the customer's property.
09 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Websites may use third-party services, platforms, integrations, hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, or other technologies.
Kivora is not responsible for interruptions, changes, pricing, or failures caused by third-party services outside Kivora's reasonable control.
10 — TERMINATION
Kivora may suspend or terminate services where the customer:
- Fails to make required payments
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Uses the website for unlawful purposes
- Publishes prohibited content
- Attempts to copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse Kivora's proprietary work
- Uses the website outside the terms of their agreement
Upon termination, the customer's right to use the affected Kivora services ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Kivora may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to a customer's active agreement will be communicated as necessary when material changes affect their services or renewal.
